Donations to oneMen can also be made posthumously by bequest. This form of donation has become more advantageous since 1 January 2006 because the Dutch government no longer charges inheritance tax on donations to certified charities.

There are several options. You could appoint oneMen (part) beneficiary. Alternatively you could grant a bequest in the form of a fixed amount or some other part of your inheritance. Full details can be supplied by a notary’s office.
